If you are not planning to vacation at Royal Resorts this year or have been forced to cancel your travel plans, and are not a Signature Club Platinum member with access to the Signature Flexibility Points program, don’t let your week go to waste. The Rental Program can help you rent it out.
List your unit in The Rental Program managed by Caribbean Islands Travel and earn additional income. It is quick and easy and you can enroll the whole two-bedroom unit or the one-bedroom suite or room portion. The time slots are just as flexible, list your unit for seven nights or only a few nights. You can also decide if you want to list it for one year, several years or even longer.
With a call center, an online reservations center, marketing campaigns and an extensive network of travel industry alliances with global reach, The Rental Program does the work of renting your villa for you. It takes care of everything, from advertising to contacting potential clients, contracts and collection, thus saving you time and the money you might have to spend enrolling your villa in other rental programs or on publicity.
In 2015, Royal Resorts members deposited a total of 119,850 room nights of which 88% were rented out.
It only takes a minute to deposit your unit with The Rental Program and there are no upfront fees, no escrow fees or membership, listing or marketing fees.
The standard payment method for the rental proceeds is a check in US Dollars payable to all members of record. Members may change this standard payment method and one of the options for this change is to receive a wire transfer.
The requirements to receive your rental proceeds as a wire transfer are the following:
