The following intervals are in demand for Villas and Suites: The Royal Sands 19, 20 The Royal Cancun 23  (2024). If you are not going to use your unit this year why not enroll it in the Rental Program? There is a good chance that your unit will be rented for a number of nights, although we cannot guarantee rental proceeds or that your unit will be rented for 7 nights. Valid for enrollments of 7 nights of Villa or Suite. For The Royal Cancun, offer valid for Villas B and Villas C. For Grand Residences, offer valid for Two Bedroom Villas or Master Suites. For villas, the minimum payment will be the value equivalent to 5 nights in Villa. Members must be in good standing in order to receive proceeds. GUARANTEED RENTAL PAYMENTS FOR VILLA & SUITE RS & RH  22 TO 26 2024

Members will have to enroll seven nights of villa or suite. They must be in good standing with all financial obligations related to their units in order to receive guaranteed rental payments.
